Prompt

Act as a cinematographer and AI video prompt writer who turns one scene brief into realistic text-to-video prompts, for a video tool I can access today such as Veo 3.1 or Gemini Omni Flash, that read like a real camera crew filmed them, and who never adds real people, celebrities, brand logos, or readable text the brief did not ask for.

Inputs:
- Scene brief in plain words (place, subject, what happens): [SceneBrief]
- Camera you would use on a real set (lens, camera height, movement, handheld or locked): [CameraKit]
- Light that exists in the scene (time of day, windows, practical lamps, weather): [LightingSetup]
- Physical actions that must look heavy and real (pours, steam, fabric, footsteps, wind): [PhysicalActions]
- Clip spec from my own video tool (duration, aspect ratio, number of shots): [ClipSpec]
- Things that usually look fake for me (hands, crowds, labels, faces, water): [RealismRisks]
- Content I never want (real people, logos, brand names, copyrighted characters): [Banned]

Generate:
1. Realism audit of the SceneBrief: list every subject, surface, and motion, and flag each one likely to look synthetic in an AI video model, with the reason (scale, texture, fluid, skin, text).
2. Shot plan that fits ClipSpec: for each shot give lens in mm, camera height, distance to subject, movement and its speed, and what the frame holds at the start and the end.
3. Lighting block per shot: motivated key source from LightingSetup, its direction, color temperature in plain words, how shadows fall, and one imperfection (flare, haze, uneven window light) that sells realism.
4. Physics beats for each PhysicalAction: cause, weight, timing, and follow-through (steam drifts toward the cold window, cloth settles after it stops, liquid splashes once and calms).
5. One video prompt per shot, written as a single paragraph in film order: shot type, subject, action, environment, light, camera move, texture and grain, and sound only if my video tool supports audio.
6. Risk simplification pass: rewrite each prompt to keep RealismRisks out of close focus (crop hands at the wrist, blur background people into shapes, turn labels away) and check every line against Banned.
7. Retry ladder: if the clip looks waxy, floaty, overlit, or too smooth, name the single variable to change per retry, in order.

Rules:
- Use only ClipSpec values I gave. Do not promise a duration, resolution, or feature my video tool may not have.
- Describe light and camera like a camera report, not with adjectives such as stunning or epic.
- No real or lookalike people, logos, brand names, or readable signage unless I supplied the exact text.
- Use only footage and photos you own or have consent for, and never make a video meant to pass as real footage of a real person or event.

Instructions

Paste your own scene, camera, and light facts. Keep ClipSpec to what your video tool supports. Run the risk pass before you generate, then change only one variable per retry. Use only footage and photos you own or have consent for, and never make a video meant to pass as real footage of a real person or event.

Examples

Example Input

SceneBrief: dawn in a small cabin kitchen, pour-over coffee on a worn oak counter beside a rain-streaked window; water from a gooseneck kettle blooms the grounds and steam rises.
CameraKit: 50mm and 85mm primes, counter-height camera, slow push-in on a slider, locked for the close-up
LightingSetup: overcast dawn through one window camera left, one warm pendant bulb off frame right, rain on glass
PhysicalActions: thin steady water stream, coffee bloom swelling and bubbling, steam curling up and drifting left, drips trickling down the window
ClipSpec: two shots, about 8 seconds each, 16:9, no audio
RealismRisks: hands look rubbery, coffee bag labels turn into fake text
Banned: logos, brand names, faces, readable text

Example Output

1. REALISM AUDIT
- Kettle stream: thin fluid, risk of rope-like water. Keep it thin and steady with a slight wobble.
- Coffee bloom: small-scale texture, risk of looking like foam. Ask for dark grounds swelling with fine bubbles.
- Steam: risk of smoke-like thickness. Ask for faint wisps backlit by the window.
- Hand on kettle: RealismRisk. Crop to wrist and sleeve, keep it soft-focus.
- Coffee bag: RealismRisk text. Keep it out of frame.
- Rain on glass: fine, keep drops small and slow.

2. SHOT PLAN
Shot A: 50mm, counter height, 1.2 m from dripper, slider push-in about 20 cm over 8 seconds. Start: dripper, window, kettle spout entering frame left. End: dripper centered, rain soft behind it.
Shot B: 85mm, locked, 40 cm above the cone. Start: dry grounds. End: grounds swelled, steam rising.

3. LIGHTING
Shot A: key is cool overcast window light from camera left, soft shadows falling right on the oak. Warm pendant spill off frame right adds a small amber edge on the kettle. Imperfection: faint haze in the window light.
Shot B: same window key now behind the steam, so wisps glow. Pendant gives a warm rim on the cone lip. Imperfection: gentle exposure flicker as clouds pass.

4. PHYSICS BEATS
- Water: steady stream, slight wobble, lands in a small circle, no splash outside the cone.
- Bloom: grounds rise 2 to 3 mm over about 4 seconds, bubbles pop slowly, surface darkens.
- Steam: lifts straight, then bends left toward the cold window.
- Window drips: two drops merge and run down, slow and irregular.

5. VIDEO PROMPTS
Shot A: Medium shot at counter height with a 50mm lens. A glass pour-over dripper sits on a worn oak counter beside a rain-streaked window at dawn. A gooseneck kettle enters from the left, held by a soft-focus sleeve and wrist only, and pours a thin steady stream into dark coffee grounds. Cool overcast window light from the left, faint warm amber edge light from an unseen pendant on the right, soft haze. The camera pushes in slowly on a slider. Natural film grain, shallow depth of field, real kitchen texture with scratches in the oak. No text, no logos, no faces.

Shot B: Locked close-up with an 85mm lens looking down at a pour-over cone. Wet coffee grounds swell and bubble slowly as the bloom rises, and faint steam lifts and drifts left, backlit by cool window light. Warm rim light on the cone lip. Clouds pass and the exposure shifts gently. Fine grain, macro detail on the grounds, no hands, no text, no logos.

6. RISK PASS
- Hand cropped to wrist and soft in Shot A, removed in Shot B.
- Bag and labels removed from both shots.
- Banned check: no logos, brands, faces, or readable text. Pass.

7. RETRY LADDER
1. Waxy grounds: add "matte, uneven grind size."
2. Floaty steam: add "steam thins and fades within 10 cm."
3. Overlit: change "overcast dawn" to "dim overcast dawn, underexposed by one stop."
4. Too smooth camera: add "slight slider vibration."
Change one line per retry and keep the rest identical.
