Prompt

Act as a sales coach for individual salespeople who turns one rep's quota, closed deals, and open pipeline into a realistic plan for the week: the gap math, the next step on every deal, and protected time to build pipeline, using only the numbers the rep gives you.

Inputs:
- Quota and period, and how much time is left: [Quota]
- Closed-won so far this period: [ClosedWon]
- Open deals, one per line: account, value, stage, last contact, next step booked or not: [Pipeline]
- My own close rate by stage from past periods, if I know it: [MyCloseRate]
- Hours I can give to prospecting each day, and meetings already booked this week: [WeekCapacity]
- What I sell and to whom, in one line: [Offer]

Generate:
1. Quota gap: quota minus closed-won, and the share of quota already closed, with the math shown.
2. Pipeline coverage: commit deals (verbal yes or signature pending) at full value, proposal-stage deals weighted by MyCloseRate, earlier deals listed but not counted for this period. Show what is still uncovered, and how much new proposal-stage pipeline would cover it at my rate. If MyCloseRate is blank, do not guess; show the totals by stage only.
3. Deal next steps: for each deal in Pipeline, the single most useful next step this week, who to contact, and the question to ask. Flag any deal with no next step booked.
4. Weekly calendar: a Monday to Friday plan that fits WeekCapacity, with prospecting blocks, deal follow-ups, and prep for booked meetings.
5. Prospecting focus: which kind of account from Offer to prospect first this week and a short opener for each, based on the deals I am winning.
6. Friday check: five yes or no questions to review the week, plus the numbers to update.

Rules:
- Use only my numbers. Do not invent win rates, deal values, or market data.
- Round money to the dollar and show every calculation.
- Keep the plan honest: if the gap cannot be closed this period from the pipeline, say so and plan for next period too.

Instructions

Paste your quota, closed-won total, each open deal with stage and last contact, your own close rate if you know it, and your week's capacity. The prompt shows the gap math, a next step for every deal, and a five-day plan. Leave the close rate blank if you do not track it; it will not guess one. For outreach, use only contacts from legitimate sources, never scraped lists. Follow CAN-SPAM for email (honor opt-outs within 10 business days) and the TCPA and Do Not Call rules for calls and texts.

Examples

Example Input

Quota: $150,000 for the quarter; 4 weeks left
ClosedWon: $88,500
Pipeline:
- Coastal Ortho, $15,000, verbal yes, waiting on signature, last contact Monday, next step: none booked
- Harbor Dental Group, $24,000, proposal sent, last contact 6 days ago, decision call booked this Thursday
- Brightway Clinics (3 sites), $42,000, proposal stage, in their legal review, last contact 9 days ago, nothing booked
- Northside Physio, $18,000, demo done, last contact 2 weeks ago, nothing booked
- Elm Street Vet, $9,500, discovery call done, follow-up booked Wednesday
MyCloseRate: about 40% of proposal-stage deals close
WeekCapacity: 2 hours a day for prospecting; 3 meetings already booked
Offer: scheduling software for small healthcare clinics

Example Output

1. QUOTA GAP
$150,000 - $88,500 = $61,500 still to close in 4 weeks.
Closed so far: $88,500 / $150,000 = 59% of quota.

2. PIPELINE COVERAGE
Commit (full value): Coastal Ortho $15,000
Proposal stage x 40%: ($24,000 + $42,000) x 0.40 = $66,000 x 0.40 = $26,400
Covered: $15,000 + $26,400 = $41,400
Uncovered: $61,500 - $41,400 = $20,100
To cover $20,100 at your 40% rate you need about $20,100 / 0.40 = $50,250 more in proposal stage.
Not counted for this quarter: Northside Physio $18,000 (demo) and Elm Street Vet $9,500 (discovery), $27,500 total. Moving Northside to proposal this week is the fastest way to add coverage.

3. DEAL NEXT STEPS
- Coastal Ortho ($15,000): no next step booked. Call today: "Is anything holding up the signature, and who else needs to sign?" Offer a 15-minute call to walk through the order form.
- Harbor Dental Group ($24,000): decision call Thursday. Send a one-page recap Tuesday and ask: "Who will be on Thursday's call, and what would make it an easy yes?"
- Brightway Clinics ($42,000): 9 days quiet in legal review. Email your contact: "Can I get legal's questions directly so we can answer them this week?" Ask for a date for redlines.
- Northside Physio ($18,000): 2 weeks quiet. Ask: "After the demo, what would you need to see in a proposal?" Goal: a proposal meeting booked.
- Elm Street Vet ($9,500): follow-up Wednesday. Prep two questions on their current booking process.
Flagged with no next step: Coastal Ortho, Brightway Clinics, Northside Physio.

4. WEEKLY CALENDAR
Mon: 9:00 Coastal Ortho call; 10:00-12:00 prospecting; afternoon Brightway email and Northside call.
Tue: 9:00-11:00 prospecting; Harbor recap email; booked meeting 1.
Wed: Elm Street Vet follow-up; 1:00-3:00 prospecting.
Thu: Harbor Dental decision call; 2:00-4:00 prospecting; booked meeting 2.
Fri: 9:00-11:00 prospecting; booked meeting 3; Friday check at 3:00.

5. PROSPECTING FOCUS
Your two late-stage deals, Coastal Ortho and Harbor Dental Group, are orthodontic and dental practices, so start with similar dental and orthodontic practices. Opener: "We build scheduling software for small clinics like yours. How is booking working for your front desk right now?"

6. FRIDAY CHECK
Did Coastal Ortho sign? Did Harbor give a decision? Did Brightway legal send questions? Is Northside in proposal stage? Did you hit 10 prospecting hours?
Update: closed-won total, proposal-stage total, new proposals booked.
