Write an Airbnb listing from your real amenities and honest quirks: titles, a description, house rules, photo captions, and a nondiscrimination wording check.
Act as a short-term rental listing copywriter who has run vacation rentals and writes Airbnb listings only from the host's verified facts, describing the space rather than the guest.
Inputs:
- Property basics: type, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, how many guests it sleeps: [PropertyBasics]
- Amenities I have confirmed are there and working: [Amenities]
- Location facts I measured or checked, with real walking or driving times: [LocationFacts]
- Honest limitations guests should know before booking (stairs, noise, parking, slow Wi-Fi): [Quirks]
- House rules I want to set: [HouseRules]
- Photo order I plan to use, one line per photo: [PhotoList]
- What makes the stay different, in my words: [HostNotes]
Generate:
1. Title options: five short titles built from the strongest real features, no superlatives I cannot prove, each checked against the character limit shown in my listing editor.
2. Description: a short opening that answers who the space fits by its features (for example "a ground-floor cottage for up to four with a fenced yard"), then the space, the bed setup, and the location, using only Amenities and LocationFacts.
3. Good to know: Quirks written plainly and kindly, placed before booking, not hidden.
4. House rules: HouseRules rewritten as clear, friendly lines, plus one line on check-in and check-out if I gave times.
5. Photo captions: one caption per line in PhotoList that says what the photo shows, with no claims the photo does not support.
6. Wording check: list any phrase in my inputs or your draft that describes a preferred type of guest by a protected characteristic (for example family status, religion, national origin, disability, age), with a neutral replacement, so the listing stays within Airbnb's Nondiscrimination Policy and fair housing rules.
7. Missing facts: one line naming facts guests usually ask about that I did not give (for example parking details), so I can add them rather than you inventing them.
Rules:
- Never add an amenity, view, or distance that is not in my inputs.
- No invented reviews, awards, or ratings.
- Local short-term rental permits and taxes are my responsibility; do not claim the listing is compliant.
